I gladly accept returns and exchanges
Contact me within: 14 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery
I don't accept cancellations
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Digital downloads
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Returns and exchange details

15-DAY RETURN POLICY

I accept returns within 15 days of delivery, no matter the reason. Items must be unworn and unused, and shipped back to me with tracking information. Once I receive the return and determine the contents to be unworn and unused, a full refund will be given promptly.

LOST, STOLEN PACKAGE

Common causes of missing packages that are marked "delivered" are from being dropped off at an incorrect address, a neighbors address, or are handed off to another person living in the home or building. Packages can also be stolen from their delivered location. Please be sure to have your packages delivered to a safe location, where they will not be left visible from the road.

Gypsy Dreamer Designs is not responsible for the replacement or refund of missing packages marked "delivered".

If a package has not arrived within its expected delivery time, is considered missing, and tracking information has NOT been updated to "delivered", the next step is to submit a "missing package" query with the shipping carrier. From there, if the package has not been rerouted to its final destination, or tracking information has not been updated within 48 hours, I can escalate the case and file a claim for a missing package. Refunds and replacements are offered on a case by case basis.

CANCELLATIONS

Items not yet shipped can be canceled and a full refund will be administered promptly.

BROKEN, DAMAGED ITEMS

If for any reason, your product arrives broken or damaged, please contact me immediately with a picture of the damaged item in a conversation. I will happily repair it, refund it for the full purchase price, or replace it if a replacement is available.
